An Artful Life's collection of carefully curated design items, which include the Lane screen prints, will be on sale at a pop up shop created by Laura Lea Design in East London. The pop up will be held at Anchor and Hope from 18th November - 23rd December.
This is Laura Lea Design's first ever pop up, which celebrates the collaboration of British designers and sharing their success. LLD encourages talent within the design world, particularly in a collective environment.
An Artful Life is led by interior architect Kate Whitfield, who continually provides new and exciting contexts in which the Lane collection can be sold and displayed. Other projects with Lane include the clothing store in Saffron Walden's Johnny and Jenny, The Folly bar in London's pop up shop, The Refinery bar's artwork and the pop up in Under Milk Wood cafe.
Anchor and Hope is London's largest collection of secondhand maternity wear and is normally a 'women's fashion wear recycle boutique'.
If you're in London during the Christmas period, be sure to take a visit to the pop up and browse the collection. Some of our favourite designers who will also be on sale include:
Lorna Syson - Fellow Nottingham-based interiors designer who creates fabrics, wallpapers, lampshades and other homeware accessories with beautiful colour ways and patterns (inspired by the British outdoors).
Dear Prudence - Beautiful illustrations for greetings cards and wrapping paper.
Angharad Jefferson - Scottish-based stitch illustrator
Jennifer Lemon - textile artist and designer also from Scotland, who creates a range of artwork from contemprary wearable art to large scale textile artworks for exhibition and private commissions.
