Get inspired - expert advice from interiors blogger ‘These Four Walls’ with Lane's 'Twin Tone Play' Screen Print
Pink is a big thing in interiors right now. Being advocated by top interior designers, leading furniture brands and paint colour creators, it’s a colour that is hard to avoid in 2017.
So we’ve embraced it! Our new ‘Twin Tone Play’ Wall Art System uses two very different shades of pink. The first is the soft and pale ‘Granite Pink’, paired with an equally dreamy ‘Drift Blue’. The second is ‘Peony Pink’, a vibrant dusky and sensuous colour that we put with a sophisticated dark ‘Smith Grey’.
When we asked Bristol-based interiors blogger Abi Dare of These Four Walls which of our ‘Twin Tone Play’ screen prints she wanted, she immediately chose the ‘Granite Pink & Drift Blue’ colourway.
Abi chose a beautifully calm corner of her home for the print. The black aluminium frame looks elegant alongside the black mantlepiece and candlestick (from Cooee). She chose just one pale pink ceramic to match the pink in the print, which does the job perfectly (you don’t want to overdo the matchy-matchy-ness!). The soft blue of the print looks lovely with the light grey vases she has, too (from Ditte Fischer).
In another lovely shot (above), Abi hangs it with a monochrome owl print by Ros Shiers that has a stark black frame and a mid century Bertoia chair from Eye Spy. The clean graphic angles go perfectly with the bold black line in the middle of our print.
There are seven other colourways to pick from in the ‘Twin Tone Play’ Wall Art System - browse the shop to discover them and choose which one you’d like in your own home. If you fancy a pair, we're giving you 10% off when you order two or more.
Huge thanks to Abi from These Four Walls for all of the images of her beautiful home.
